Step into a sacred space of renewal and connection by the water. This weekly Water Ritual is a gentle, grounding gathering for those longing to move, feel, and reconnect with the natural rhythm of life. We meet at the edge of the serene lake Kåsjön, surrounded by forest and sky, to share simple yet powerful rituals inspired by nature and the element of water. Each session weaves together soft embodied movement, meditative breath, gentle yoga, and a closing lake bathing ritual – an invitation to cleanse, soften, and return to yourself. ✨ All are welcome – no previous experience is needed. Bring a towel, a yoga mat or blanket, swimwear if you’d like to dip, and an open heart. This is a seasonal, drop-in ritual. Come as you are, come when you can.
