As autumn begins to unfold, we gather beneath the New Moon to slow down, turn inward and create space for a new cycle.

This is an invitation to reconnect with your body, heart and voice ~ through the warmth of ceremonial cacao, embodied movement and the fluid energy of Water. We will explore the Sacral Chakra through intuitive movement, emotion, creativity and pleasure, before gently opening the Throat Chakra through sound, singing and voice activation.

A space to feel, move, express and listen to what is quietly asking to emerge.
