BY PURCHASING BOHO GLOW YOGA CLASSES, EVENTS/WORKSHOPS OR INTERNATIONAL RETREATS YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW.

GENERAL TERMS

By purchasing or attending any Boho Glow Yoga event, class, workshop, mini-retreat, course or international retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you (the customer) and Boho Glow Yoga (the company), a registered Swedish business with F-tax status. Boho Glow Yoga reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

EVENTS, WORKSHOPS & YOGA CLASSES (SWEDEN)

Prices & VAT.

All prices for yoga classes, workshops, and events held in Sweden include 25 % Swedish VAT (moms) unless otherwise stated.
Boho Glow Yoga is VAT-registered and operates in accordance with Swedish tax legislation.

 Event admission

 Booking & Payment

• Payment is required at the time of booking, either through our website or in person before the class begins.

• Most offerings have limited capacity. We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.

Cancellation Policy

 Yoga Classes

• Bookings are binding.

• If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else or reschedule it to the following class (once), provided you notify us in writing before the session. Email: hello@bohoglowyoga.com

Events & Workshops

• Cancellation more than 72 hours before the event: full refund.

• Cancellation less than 72 hours before: no refund.

• You may transfer your spot to another participant with prior written notice.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

Plans & Packages

• No refunds are available.

• You may transfer your remaining credits to another person within the validity period, with written notice.

​

Liability

By attending, you agree not to hold Boho Glow Yoga liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation. You are responsible for your own physical limitations and health condition.

​​​​INTERNATIONAL RETREATS (e.g. THAILAND) :

VAT

​International retreats are considered “services supplied outside Sweden” under Swedish tax law (Chapter 5, Section 5 ML), and are not subject to Swedish VAT.
Prices are listed in SEK and do not include Swedish VAT.
Local service fees or taxes may apply on-site and are the participant’s responsibility.

 
Currency
All yoga and meditation classes held abroad by Boho Glow Yoga follow the currency and economic terms of the country where the retreat takes place.
However, all retreat bookings are made and paid in Swedish Kronor (SEK) for consistency.
Optional services or excursions on-site may be charged in the local currency (e.g. Thai Baht)

Payment & Cancellation

A non-refundable deposit of 3,000 SEK (within Europe) or 5,000 SEK (outside Europe) is included in the total price.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the retreat.
If you select a payment plan, the final installment must be paid no later than 15 days before the retreat.

Cancellation by You

• 61 days or more before retreat start: full refund minus the deposit.

• 60 days or less: no refunds for any reason (including illness, travel disruptions, or personal emergencies).

• You may transfer your booking to another person with prior written approval.

Cancellation by Boho Glow Yoga

• If Boho Glow Yoga cancels the retreat, a full refund will be issued, including deposits.

• Boho Glow Yoga is not liable for flights, accommodation, or any external travel expenses booked by the customer.

ROOMS & ACCOMMODATION

​​

• Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

• All room bookings are made per person, even if you are staying in a shared room. Each person must book and pay separately.

• It is not possible to book a shared room for two people in a single transaction. If only one space remains in a shared room, it is not possible to add a second person.

• If you are two people wishing to stay in the same room, you may either:
  – Book two individual spots in a shared room (if available), and
  – Inform Boho Glow Yoga in writing via email that you would like to be placed together.

• Alternatively, you may book a private room with a double bed, in which case both individuals must book and pay separately, as the retreat program is included per person.

• Each booking includes access to the full retreat program for the selected retreat dates.

• Private rooms are intended for one person unless otherwise agreed.

• No unregistered guests are allowed to share any room.

TRAVEL & INSURANCE

​

• A valid passport is required for international retreats.

• Travel and cancellation insurance is not included in the retreat price and is strongly recommended.

• Boho Glow Yoga is not liable for any medical or travel-related expenses incurred.

​

MEDIA & PRIVACY

​

By attending any Boho Glow Yoga event or retreat, you grant Boho Glow Yoga permission to photograph or film you for use in future promotional content unless you opt out in writing.
All materials remain the intellectual property of Boho Glow Yoga.
Personal data is stored and handled in compliance with GDPR and Swedish data privacy laws.

COMMUNICATION

​

• Booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at registration.

• You are responsible for ensuring your contact information is up to date.

• Important information regarding the retreat will be sent via email.

​

REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

​

• You may transfer your booking to another person if you are unable to attend. The new participant must agree to these terms.

• No cash payments are accepted on site. Full payment must be completed via invoice or online.

• Boho Glow Yoga reserves the right to cancel the retreat if minimum participation is not met 90 days before the start date. A full refund will then be issued.

CONDUCT & RESPONSIBILITY

​

• Respectful behavior towards all staff, hosts, and participants is expected at all times.

• The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

• A valid form of ID must be presented upon request.

• Boho Glow Yoga is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Sponsored items are free gifts and not included in the retreat price. No refunds will be given for missing sponsored items.

• Boho Glow Yoga is not responsible for transportation issues, airline cancellations, or delays.

PROGRAM CHANGES

​

Boho Glow Yoga reserves the right to make changes to the schedule or retreat program at any time, including on short notice.
We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for your protection.

CORPORATE YOGA

​

Booking & Payment

All corporate yoga bookings are arranged by email or formal agreement.
Boho Glow Yoga will issue an invoice to the company.
Standard payment terms are 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

​

Location, Travel & Logistics

Corporate yoga is typically held at the company’s premises or an agreed location.
For sessions held outside the Göteborg area, the company is responsible for covering reasonable travel expenses (e.g. train, flight, taxi).
In such cases, the company must also provide yoga equipment unless otherwise agreed.

​

Equipment & Setup

Boho Glow Yoga provides all yoga props (mats, blocks, etc.) for classes within Göteborg.
If the company prefers to use its own equipment, this must be arranged in advance and in writing.

The company is responsible for ensuring the venue is clean, safe, and suitable for movement-based practice.

​

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation more than 72 hours before the class: 50 % of the class fee will be invoiced.

• Cancellation less than 72 hours before the class: 100 % of the class fee will be invoiced.

• No-shows are treated as late cancellations and are fully chargeable.

​

Liability & Participant Safety

All participants join voluntarily and at their own risk.
Boho Glow Yoga is not liable for injuries or health issues during or after the session.
The company is responsible for informing employees that participation is optional and voluntary.

​

VAT (Moms)

All corporate services are invoiced excluding VAT.
Swedish VAT of 25 % (moms) is added in accordance with current tax law.
