BY PURCHASING BOHO GLOW EVENTS/MINI-RETREATS OR INTERNATIONAL RETREATS YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW.

These terms and conditions are a part of the purchase agreement between the person («you the customer») named in the booking registration form found at bohoglowyoga.com and the organization behind the retreat BOHO GLOW YOGA («the company»). The company have the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

BOHO GLOW EVENTS, MINI-RETREATS & CLASSES:

Cancellation Policy Events & Mini-Retreats.

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your event, workshop or mini-retreat more than 72 hours beforehand, your credit will be refunded. If you cancel with less than 72 hours to go you will still be charged for the session. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds if unattended. If you are unable to attend an event, workshop or mini-retreat, you can pass your space on to a person of your choice. You will need to notify BOHO GLOW in writing prior to the event or mini-retreat.

 Event admission

 Your registration entitles you to admittance to the Event.

Any and all other costs associated with your attendance (including without limitation any travel and/or accommodation expenses) shall be borne solely by you and BOHO GLOW shall have no liability for such costs.

Booking Classes: Yoga classes hosted/taught by BOHO GLOW YOGA may be paid for at the time of booking either on our website or in studio before the class's start time. Most classes will require payment immediately at the time of booking and will indicate such during the booking process. It is recommended that the customer books in advance to secure a spot.

Cancellation Policy Yoga Classes

Booking is binding. If you are unable to attend, you can pass your space on to a person of your choice or save your spot for the next upcoming class only. You will need to notify BOHO GLOW YOGA in writing prior to the class. Email: hello@bohoglowyoga.com

Cancellation Policy Plans & Packages

Unfortunately, there are no refund on plans & package. If you are unable to attend during the validity period of the plan or package, you can pass your space on to a person of your choice. You will need to notify BOHO GLOW YOGA in writing prior to the class. Email: hello@bohoglowyoga.com

In attending BOHO GLOW events, mini-retreats or classes, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against BOHO GLOW or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise

CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING, LATE CANCELLATIONS + NO SHOWS

• Pre-payment in full is required at time of registration

• Refunds for cancellations are available up to 72 hours prior to date of events, workshop or mini-retreats.

• No refunds if canceling yoga classes (booking is binding)

• No refunds if canceling plans or packages.

• If BOHO GLOW cancels an event or mini-retreat a full credit or refund will be issued

• If BOHO GLOW cancel a yoga class, your spot will be reserved for the next upcoming class.

• IF CANCELING 72 HOURS OR LESS PRIOR TO EVENT/MINI-RETREAT START DATE, All payments are NOT refundable.

By attending  all BOHO GLOW Events you acknowledge and agree to grant BOHO

GLOW the right at the Event to record, film, photograph or capture your likeness in any media now available and hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to BOHO GLOW includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use and/or disseminate the media.

IF CANCELLING 61 DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO RETREAT START DATE:
Payments are eligible for refunds, with the exception of the all nonrefundable deposits: 3000 SEK which is included in the total price.

 
IF CANCELING 60 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO RETREAT START DATE:
All payments are NOT refundable.
Unfortunately,There are NO refunds available for any reason including, but not limited to: weather, natural disaster, acts of terrorism, flight delays or cancellation, health conditions; medical, personal, family, work emergencies; change of mind.

DISCLAIMERS (ROOMS)

1.

- With some retreats, we are renting villas, so every room may vary slightly. 
- ALL ROOMTYPES ARE NOT EQUALLY PRICED.
- If you have specific requests or needs for your room, we will do our BEST to accommodate you, however we cannot guarantee. 
- ALL ROOMS ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE- so the sooner you sign up, the more likely your needs will be fulfilled.
- If you do not have a roommate you will be paired with another guest who is not yet assigned a roommate, with the exception of booking a private room for 1 single person.
- If you are booking one room for two guests at the retreat you must specify this by filling inn the full name and email to the person you are booking the room with, this can be done during check out.

- If you specify during check out that you are booking one room for two guests, we vill put you in the same room.

- If you book for 1 person in one private room you agree that it is not allowed to bring a second person to share your room, that has not signed up to the retreat.

DISCLAIMERS (GENERAL)

- The total cost paid is for one room at the retreat (1 or 2 guests per room, covering food, yoga, activities (optional) that is included)

- All reservations and bookings are first come first serve.
- If you do not specify who your roommate is we will assume you are open to any guest. 
- All prices are the same for each guest (with the exception of EARLYBIRD PRICES, DISCOUNT CODES, TYPE OF ROOM, BUNGALOW OR VILLA)

 

3.

- The purchase gives you the right to attend the retreat on the dates you have booked your retreat with BOHO GLOW YOGA. The website bohoglowyoga.com will clarify what is included in the price and not.

- A booking cnfirmation will be sent to your email when the purchase is done. It is your responsibility to notify BOHO GLOW YOGA if you don’t receive your booking confirmation.

- BOHO GLOW YOGA will provide you with important information about the retreat on your private email-address given in the registration form. You are responsible to update the organizers of any change in their contact information (change of legal name, e-mail, address, phone number, etc)

 

4.

- All attendance and practice organized by the retreat is done at your own risk. 

- You are responsible for knowing your own limitations, regardless of the instructions given by the teachers. 

- BOHO GLOW YOGA highly recommend that you have your own travel insurance/cancellation insurance. 

- BOHO GLOW YOGA is not responsible for any expenses related to medical help.

- All yoga and meditation classes held abroad by BOHO GLOW YOGA go under the currency of the country in which the retreat is arranged.

5.

You are responsible of:

- Treating the retreats organizers, location, hosts, and other attendees and guests with respect. If you don’t, you can be denied access to the retreat.

- Not using any illegal drugs or substances during the retreat, or in the retreats venue.

- Keep a valid ID on you during the stay at the retreat. The company can demand that you show a valid ID.

 

6.

- BOHO GLOW YOGA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing items.
- BOHO GLOW YOGA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing sponsored items.
- BOHO GLOW YOGA is not responsible for airline cancelations, missed flights, or transportation issues prior to the retreat.
- Sponsored items are free, and not included in total cost of the retreat
(you cannot request for partial or total refund for not receiving sponsored items).

 

7.

- By attending international retreats you acknowledge and agree to grant BOHO GLOW YOGA the right at the retreat to record, film, photograph or capture your likeness in any media now available and hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to BOHO GLOW YOGA includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use and/or disseminate the media.

You can choose to opt out, by informing BOHO GLOW YOGA.

- The retreat will not share personal information about you to any third parties without your agreement. All personal information will be stored according to Norwegian law.

- BOHO GLOW YOGA also reserve the right for any printing/writing errors that may occur included but not limited to: sosial media platforms, website, newsletters. 

 

8.
- VALID PASSPORT IS REQUIRED if you are leaving your home country to attend the retreat. 

- Travel insurance is NOT included in the price of the retreat, and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for ultimate protection
- 3000 NOK deposit is non-refundable (Inside Europe)
- 5000 NOK deposit is non-refundable (Outside Europe)
- You have until 61 days before the retreat to request any refunds (3000NOK or 5000NOK deposit is non-refundable even if requested prior to 61 days before the retreat start date).

9.
- You must pay your total retreat balance at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date by using our booking website or by invoice (CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED UPON ARRIVAL).

- If you choose to split the payment, you must pay the last remaining balance in the payment plan at least 15 days prior to the retreat start date by an invoice from BOHO GLOW YOGA sent to your email.

 

10.

- If you are not able to attend the retreat as planned, you can choose to sell or give your spot to someone else. In this case, you are responsible to notice BOHO GLOW YOGA before check-in. The new booking will not be valid until the new customer has read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

- If the retreat is at half capacity or less 90 days prior to the retreat start date, BOHO GLOW reserves the right to cancel the retreat. All deposits are refundable. 

- Students will be fully refunded should the instructor(s) need to cancel the retreat for any reason including but not limited to: illness, physical deterioration, weather, natural disaster, acts of terrorism, flight delays or cancellation, health conditions; medical, personal, family, work emergencies; change of mind.
- Students FLIGHT(S) and/or ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION COSTS and/or GENERAL TRAVEL EXPENSES will NOT be reimbursed should the instructor cancel the retreat.

 

11.

- BOHO GLOW YOGA can change the program for the retreat at any given time and on very short notice

The additional purchase of TRAVEL INSURANCE is highly recommended to provide the utmost protection for all students, and to prevent financial loss.
