Come home to yourself.
Nestled among trees, streams, and fresh Nordic air, The Wild Awakening Retreat invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, your voice, and your inner rhythm. Over one weekend, we gather in an intimate circle of women for rest, reflection, and transformation.
Each day begins with elemental flow yoga and embodiment practices, helping you land in your body and move with awareness. During the day, you can wander through the woods, sit by the water, journal, or simply be. As evening arrives, we gather in circle for cacao, rituals, dance, and voice activation.
