About the event
A gentle invitation to come back home ~ to your body, your heart, your voice and the deeper wisdom within.
We gather in the warmth of a small circle to slow down, reconnect and create space for whatever is moving through you. Through ceremonial cacao, conscious breath, embodied movement and voice activation, we journey gently between stillness and expression, grounding and freedom.
For the women who joined us at The Wild Awakening Retreat, this is an opportunity to integrate and nourish what was awakened within you.
