Hidden in the forests of Telemark, this retreat is an invitation to slow down, soften and reconnect with your body, your voice and your inner rhythm.
Surrounded by trees, fresh air and flowing water, we gather in an intimate circle of women for a weekend of deep rest, connection and transformation.
Guided by the elements – earth, water, fire and air – you will be gently led through practices that awaken your body, open your voice and bring you back to yourself.
