Moon Flow is a holistic, cycle-inspired yoga practice that gently guides you back into connection with your body, your menstrual cycle, and your feminine power – held within the embrace of a warm and supportive women’s community. Each phase of your cycle is woven with the wisdom of a season, an element, and a moon phase. By attuning your yoga practice to these rhythms – and drawing on simple yet powerful tools – you’ll learn how to support your body, ease symptoms, uplift your energy, and honor your needs through every stage of the cycle. The gift is greater balance, vitality, and well-being all month long. Our journey through the cycle: 🌙 Menstruation – Soft, grounding practices to release and restore. 🌙 Pre-ovulation (follicular phase) – Energizing, vinyasa-based flows that build strength and vitality. 🌙 Ovulation – Practices that support the body and help sustain energy. 🌙 Luteal (pre-menstruation) – Restorative and calming practices that ease stress and tension. Who is it for? Moon Flow is for every woman who wishes to live in deeper harmony with her body’s wisdom, to feel more connected and empowered, and to share that journey in a safe and uplifting sisterhood. No experience is needed – come exactly as you are, in whatever phase you’re in.
